The check-in process could benefit from improved communication!!! Many guests found it confusing to navigate the spa facilities, and dining reservations were a hassle to arrange. It seems an upgrade in staff training would enhance the experience!!!

my recent stay in monte carlo was amazing, but this hotel really raised the bar. the room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the patio, and the service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. i couldn’t have asked for a better little getaway.

The Deluxe room we stayed in was stunning and the breakfast was a real treat with plenty of options. I loved relaxing in the heated pool and enjoying some live entertainment in the bar. The only downside was the breakfast ordering process could be a bit confusing, so just make sure to ask for details. 😄
